"The Spy Next Door" begins with a montage of clips from vintage Jackie Chan films such as "First Strike" and "Supercop," underscored by Johnny Rivers' "Secret Agent Man." Unfortunately, that brief sequence is by far the best part of the movie. "Rumble in the Bronx" this is not; it's barely even Rumpus in the Playpen.
